The Avengers fight the Star-Stalker, an alien intent on destroying the Kree pacifist sect known as the Priests of Pama that have resided on the planet Earth. Ultimately it is revealed that Mantis holds the secret of the Star-Stalker's vulnerability and recruits the aid of Vision to defeat him.
